MCS Investment Property Ltd was established in 2007 as a result of 10 years experience in the residential and investment property market.
The directors of the company have themselves been tenants, landlords, homeowners, and property investors and understand the challenges and rewards presented by each.
We are a private limited company with well established links to a wide range of property professionals and we have many excellent contacts throughout the industry. This enables us to provide a well proven, quality service which is both friendly and customer focused.
MCS are licensed in the UK to provide Consumer Credit , and regulated by the Office of Fair Trading. This means that we operate a responsible lending policy which complies with current legislation and best practice.

We handle a wide range of investments, from single properties to large portfolios.
We only deal with established resale properties (we are not involved in off plan deals or new builds).
We source properties in well researched, popular residential areas with proven potential for capital appreciation.

We don’t just source properties – We can manage all aspects of your current or future investment property.
We project manage renovation works to all our properties and others by request.

Company objectives
We all have an interest in property but buying into it as an investment is not something to take lightly. Our company has three very simple objectives:
- To increase wealth for our clients
- To provide secure, attractive, good quality homes for owners and tenants
- To provide an efficient, confidential, and customer friendly service to all who deal with us.
Investment strategy
- Location, location, location – We choose these very carefully. Our basic test is that we only buy in areas where we would happily live ourselves.
- Quality properties – We source good looking properties with “kerb appeal”. We avoid main road locations or roads where parking is an issue. We prefer freehold houses to apartments and we never buy off plan. Nothing personal, we just prefer to see up front what we are buying.
- We always buy below market value – This creates instant equity and reduces exposure to the risk of fluctuations in property prices.
- We focus on medium to long term investment strategies (5 years minimum)
