We are able to manage on your behalf, almost any renovation work that your property may require.

Whether it’s a complete structural overhaul or just a good clean and some new curtains or carpets, MCS are able to project manage it for you through our contacts with good quality local tradesmen. We have worked with some of them for over 10 years and we are well used to preparing properties for occupation within budgets and efficient timescales. We agree with you in advance the works required and calculate a maximum cost which we agree not to exceed without your permission.

If you buy a property through us we will project manage any initial works for you up to the value of £2500 as part of our service. Our fee for Project Managing any further works above this value is 15% of the total cost of the renovations.

For larger projects we ask you to fund our company client account with the agreed amount in advance, and we then take care of all invoices and provide you with detailed accounts on completion.
